Old Friends: A spot of trouble(After abandoning her at the restaurant, Mike runs off for a while and doesn't return to his house in the evening. Worried about what has happened to him, Sally goes out to search for him.)
The weather was harsh that night, as the blistering wind cut through the trees. Mike was beginning to wish he had never come out this far, especially since he had no idea just how to get home. He had made his way out of the centre of town, through the Thornrough forest, and over towards the small lake that resides in the outskirts of the forest. This area was not well known by many people, and the majority of the plants were either dying or dead. The lake itself was covered by a thick scum which looked like the lake had grown a skin on top. Mike walked over to the lake, his nose creased up in disgust at the slimy water. He knew that he didn't want to be here any longer, and decided that he should try and contact someone, even if he could be called an idiot by his friends and family for getting himse
